The deadline booking on the annual conference is 16th August, so if you haven't booked on already, please do so now!
There is great transport links to this new venue with plenty of parking for people who are driving.
Members are permitted to bring one paying guest if they wish to do so.

While we will try our best to have all the work entered for credits judged, we reserve the right to restrict the numbers of specimens entered per member if this becomes necessary.

Cancellation Policy In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the conference you may be able to get a refund of registration costs, minus any booking fees, as long as you make the committee aware within two weeks of the event. We will then consider your case and apply the refund if deemed exceptional circumstances. Refund requests made after 16th August 2024 will not be considered.
