The deadline booking on the annual conference is 16th August, so if you haven't booked on already, please do so now!

There is great transport links to this new venue with plenty of parking for people who are driving.

Members are permitted to bring one paying guest if they wish to do so.

You'll be pleased to know that Tiranti, www.tiranti.co.uk are sponsoring the Norfolk trophy (best ground work) again with a £250.00 voucher for the winner!

If you have any items you'd like to donate for the tombola or auction (Taxidermy related), please get in touch.

Registering your specimens is now live, the deadline is midnight on Saturday 24th August 2024. Sorry, no exceptions, this is to allow organising. Select the link below to register your specimens.

While we will try our best to have all the work entered for credits judged, we reserve the right to restrict the numbers of specimens entered per member if this becomes necessary.

We have updated and made our Competition & Credit Judging Rules more accessible by creating a user friendly webpage on our website so you can visit the rules at any time.

We are also pleased to announce that our independent foreign judges will be attending again this year!

Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the conference you may be able to get a refund of registration costs, minus any booking fees, as long as you make the committee aware within two weeks of the event. We will then consider your case and apply the refund if deemed exceptional circumstances. Refund requests made after 16th August 2024 will not be considered.
